About Us

BlingIron Development Corporation is a Nevada-based, for-profit company specializing in the development and management of high-quality, yet affordable, multi-family and supportive senior housing properties.

In 2024, BlingIron was called on to provide its deep experience in affordable financing workout structures to assist a long-established Western state housing nonprofit in navigating complex development challenges. Recognizing the growing housing needs across the region—and having long admired the opportunities within the great state of Nevada—BlingIron seized the moment to expand its presence. With ongoing commitments throughout the Western states, we relocated our corporate headquarters to Las Vegas in 2025 to work alongside political and community stakeholders in delivering workforce and supportive housing where it’s most needed and supported.

BlingIron’s leadership includes seasoned healthcare professionals who understand seniors’ strong desire to “age in place.” We integrate supportive living services directly into our housing communities, enabling seniors to age in place with dignity and independence. This model delays or prevents the need for premature placements in assisted living or nursing facilities, significantly reducing Medicaid-related expenses for states while enhancing quality of life for seniors.

BLING IRON’s management team understands that properties sometimes find themselves. in technical default of program reporting or loan requirements. BLING IRON’s team can also assist owners with workouts to cure lender or program defaults in a professional manner.
